I asked for strength and God gave me difficulties to make me strong.
I asked for wisdom and God gave me problems to solve.
I asked for prosperity and God gave me brawn and brains to work.
I asked for courage and God gave me dangers to overcome.
I asked for patience and God placed me in situations where I was forced to wait.
I asked for love and God gave me troubled people to help.
I asked for favors and God gave me opportunities.
I asked for everything so I could enjoy life.
Instead, He gave me life so I could enjoy everything.
I received nothing I wanted, I received everything I needed.
Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress, and he hears my voice.

Walking through men’s clothing in the shopping mall reminded me of the time we shopped for your shirt and jacket.
Thank you for the good memories we had together.
Father, I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
My mom taught me one thing:
You don’t always have to tell people you love them. You just have to give them no reason to doubt it.

Please come and heal my heart and help me to find rest in you. Grant me good sleep. Let your peace reign in me. May the meditations of my heart be pleasing to you Lord. Thank you for your faithfulness. You never leave nor forsake me. You send angels like my friends to care and comfort me. Thank you for your blessings. May your joy fill my heart always as I trust in you always.
In Jesus’ name I pray,
Father, I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I receive what You say about me. I renounce the negative labels of the world and embrace Your truth knowing that my identity is found in You in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Sometimes you may not know if what you’re doing is right or wrong. All you can do is have faith in all your actions.
